Delivery Areas & Coverage

We offer direct, home-delivery services across the entire Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur). For orders outside the valley, delivery can be arranged via trusted third-party logistics partners to major accessible highways and cities across Nepal.

Scheduling & Timeframes

In-Stock Furniture: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Manufacturing and delivery typically take 14 to 21 business days, depending on design complexity and material availability.

Our dispatch team will call you 2 to 3 hours prior to arrival on the scheduled delivery day to ensure someone is present to receive the items.

On-Site Inspection

Upon arrival, our delivery team will unwrap and place the furniture in your designated room. We strongly advise customers to inspect the item thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. Check for:

Correct design, fabric, and color scheme.
Structural integrity and flawless alignment.
Absence of any transport-related scratches, tears, or dents.
