Many furniture pieces require professional assembly to ensure structural stability. Prime Home Solutions provides complimentary assembly and installation services carried out by our expert technicians for all deliveries made within the Kathmandu Valley. For out-of-valley locations, self-assembly instructions are provided, or technician deployment can be requested for an additional fee.
Standard delivery includes carrying the items up to the ground floor or utilizing a functioning service elevator. If your building does not have a spacious lift and requires our team to manually haul heavy furniture (such as solid wood wardrobes or large sectional sofas) up multiple flights of stairs, please notify us in advance. Manual hauling charges may apply starting from the third floor onward.
